Kurds ask for Budget

The ministers of health of the two Kurdish administrations met in Erbil with Rozh Nuri Shawais, Iraqi deputy prime minister, who heads a team confronting the bird flu virus. The ministers talked about steps that have been taken to control the disease. They also submitted a list of demands, including a specific budget for Kurdistan to control the disease and compensate people (whose birds were culled in an attempt to prevent a massive outbreak of the disease.)
