We have really become fed up with delays in the trial of Saddam and his seven deputies who should face justice like many other historical dictators. The evidence proved they are guilty, but the court keeps postponing the trial and pays no attention to the people's rights. It seems that members of the court have become stars because of the trial. That is why they insist on postponing it; otherwise, why doesn't the court sentence these criminals as quickly as possible instead of keeping the public waiting for so long? Are the truths, eyewitnesses, victims, wars, mass graves and the handicapped not enough to convict Saddam and sentence him? We believe that unseen non-Iraqi forces functioning under non-Iraqi laws are controlling the trial to postpone it.
