Indian National Security Adviser M.K. Narayanan has accused Pakistan of “conspiring” with the Taleban in the death of Maniappan Kutty, an Indian national working as a driver for the Border Road Organisation. The murder, Narayanan said, was designed to create a create a rift in the cordial ties between India and Afghanistan. He added the tragic incident would not harm the relationship, and his country would continue assisting with civilian construction projects.
