Presidential spokesman highlights security concerns

Afghan presidential spokesman Mohammad Karim Rahimi has confirmed that some parts of the country have become more unstable over the past few months. Addressing a press conference in Kabul on February 14, the spokesman said the increase in enemy attacks shows the militants have failed and are worried.
