A rocket landed in the Bagh-e-Bala area of Kabul on the evening of February 18 but caused no casualties, said officials. The police chief of Kabul’s fourth district, Shir Aqa Taj, said the rocket, which was fired at around 8:30 pm, hit a tree. He added that the area where the rocket landed is close to the Intercontinental Hotel and DynCorp office, but he did not comment on the likely target of the rocket. He blamed enemies of peace and stability for the attack.
