Reporter Abdulaziz Vose says that in many troubled homes, smaller children are beaten by parents and elder sibling and made to do all the housework.
“It’s principally a result of families having a low standard of living,” argued export Tojiddin Jalolov. “There is also migration, where the father or mother goes abroad to earn money. In other words, it’s either one-parent families, or those on low incomes where there are many children.”
