Talabani Endorses Next Month's Reconciliation Conference

Al-Adala is issued daily by the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.

President Jalal Talabani praised the Arab League's efforts to hold an Iraqi reconciliation conference from June 10 to June 11. In a phone call with Arab League secretary-general Amr Musa, the president thanked the league for its efforts (in creating the conference, which was originally scheduled for February.) The two discussed the latest developments in forming a national unity government. Musa said that he hoped the conference, with Talabani's endorsement, would be successful.
