The current tally of 35 tribunal investigations against 150 suspects could rise if those involved in the Macedonia conflict break international humanitarian law.

During a visit to Skopje last week, Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte reminded Albanian guerrillas and Macedonian security forces that they may be prosecuted of they violate international humanitarian law.

Although no war crimes have come to light so far, Hague prosecutors are to form a separate investigative team to follow and analyse the conduct of all sides in the conflict.
