Najaf province announced that its refinery would start production soon. Refinery manager Zaid Shareef said the refinery would work with three units that have capacities of 70,000 barrels a day to meet the province's demand for oil. He reported that Doora refinery has a contract with an Emirates company to provide the refinery with electricity in the future. Shareef said the refinery would produce kerosene, fuel and gas.
