Emir of Qatar to Visit Tajik Capital

Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, will visit Dushanbe on August 28 following Tajik president Emomali Rahmon’s May trip to Qatar, during which he invited businessmen to invest in the Tajik economy.

The leaders will sign five social and economic cooperation agreements and the emir will be shown around Nurek Hydro-Electricity Station and the state aluminum plant.
