Resolution of Fuel Crisis Urged

Al-Iraq al-Yoom is a weekly newspaper issued by Isra Shakir.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki met Oil Minister Hussein al-Shahrestani and urged him to resolve the fuel crisis. The director general of the oil products office, Amer Ismail, said the shortage of the fuel was a result of sabotage by insurgents and complications with a Kuwaiti supply contract.
