Syrian Minister Condemns Terror

In his first visit to Iraq since the fall of the regime, the Syrian foreign minister Walid al-Mu'allim has condemned all acts of terror that target Iraqi people and institutions. Al-Mu'allim said Syria condemns "terror" and all operations in which Iraqi blood is shed, and called Iraqi people to work towards national unity.

The aim of the visit was to discuss relations between the two countries and how to deal with issues that concern both sides.
