Muqtada al-Sadr Visits Lebanon

Al-Mashriq is published daily by Al-Mashriq Institution for Media and Cultural Investments.

Sources close to the young Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr said he will visit Syria and Lebanon within the next few days. The Washington Post newspaper reported that Sadr has already visited Lebanon and met with Hizbullah leader sheikh Hassan Nasrallah. The sources affirmed that Sadr is still in Iran, and he plans to visit Syria and Lebanon soon.
