Proposal For UN Force Rejected

Al-Mashriq is published daily by the Al-Mashriq Institution for Media and Cultural Investments.

The United Iraqi Alliance has rejected the call by MP Adnan al-Pachachi to deploy a UN force in Iraq. Pachachi said the majority of the force should be comprised of Arabs from non-neighboring states. UIA MP Dhia al-Deen Fayyadh said Iraq’s troubles were caused by foreign interference.
