Talabani: Terrorists causing energy crisis

President Jalal Talabani accused terrorists of being behind the power and fuel crises in northern Kurdistan which have provoked social unrest. He said people were within their rights to demonstrate peacefully, but urged them to understand the reality of what was going on in Iraq. Talabani insisted that terrorists were causing the energy crisis, but pointed out that central government was cooperating closely with the government of Kurdistan.
